Well this has come as a surprise.. well not really more of like I think I forgot about the event because of work :P. Following the theme for ETC and as to cram as much tournaments as we can before the BUNKER closes we have that scheduled this coming October 22, 2011.
There would be 4 players per team and we have to use different codexes. That got me off the loop as I had been playing nothing but orks for the past 2 years. That means I have to dust off my SM and start creating a 1750 list , assemble whatever models I still need to get it done, and NOT be able to play test it before the game tournament start.
Initially we had Arvin as part of the team but with him being a new dad his slot has been replaced by yet another Retired 40k player.. the Ubay bomber himself. So for the fun team B of the Bunker that are going to play we have the following players and armies
TEAM SHAK ATTACK
- Badbeef (army - still undecided.. might as well do counts as)
- Pork (army - orks.. oh why couldn't we just field a full waagghh of nothing but orks
- Obi (army - dark angels.. though this could change depending on what list I can/will use)
- Junubaybomber (army - TAU )
Well that's the best that we can have at the moment. Ironically with me not being able to field my orks I am trying to come up with an army that I can field that has least have a decent chance to win. And to be honest I have no idea how am I going to do that now with Space Marines or there variants.. Crap.. oh well gotta face the music and come up with a list to use.. Time to fire up Army Builder then...
